1. What We Collect
Hoi An Pickleball (“we”, “us”) collects the minimum information needed to organise pickleball matches in Hoi An, Vietnam:
- Profile information — name, email address, phone number (optional), skill level, and whether you have a racket.
- Social login data — if you sign in with Google or Facebook we receive your name, email, and profile picture from that provider. We do not receive or store your password from these services.
- Match registrations — which matches you join, payment status, and court assignments.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Organise matches and display player lists to other participants.
- Send you relevant updates about matches you joined (if contact info is provided).
- Improve the platform experience.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS). Profile preferences (name, level) are also stored locally in your browser via localStorage.
4. Third-Party Services
- Google OAuth — for sign-in. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Facebook Login — for sign-in. Subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — hosting. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
5. Your Rights
You can at any time:
- View and edit your profile information on the Profile page.
- Request a full export or deletion of your data by contacting us.
- Revoke Google or Facebook access from your respective account settings.
6. Data Deletion
To request deletion of all your data, visit our Data Deletion page or email us at the address below. We will process your request within 30 days.
